NEWS DIGEST Thursday, December 5, 2019 Princeton Daily Clarion A3 Obituaries NOBLESVILLE Judith Ann (Woolston) Buck, 79, of Noblesville, passed away unexpectedly Nov. 30. She was surrounded by her loving family, who were able to witness her peaceful and graceful transition from this life to a new life in her heavenly dwelling. Judy was born June 19, 1940, in Gibson County, to Ennes and Ruby (Scales) Woolston and was one of 15 children. She was a 1958 graduate of Fort Branch High School.

early adult years were spent as a stay-at-home mom raising her four children. She was an active member of St. United Church of Christ in Buckskin and was also a member of the Fort Branch chapter of Eastern Star. After the children were all in school, she worked as a aide at Fort Branch Community School for 10 years. With a move to Indianapolis, she began her 25-year career in retail and enjoyed working at several clothing and department stores, including L.S.

Ayres, JoS. A. Bank, and Stein Mart. life was centered around her family. She loved being a mother, grandmother and great- grandmother.

She could be found on the oor or in the backyard playing with her grandkids and loving every minute (and so did they)! She also loved doing crossword puzzles and all kinds of brain games. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jason Bradley Buck, and her siblings, Thelma Shaw, William Woolston, Bettie Shaw, James (Fred) Woolston, Carol Davis, Jerry Woolston, Donald Woolston, Kenneth Woolston, Robert Woolston and David Woolston. She is survived by her children, Leslie (Mark) Wilson of Carmel, Brett (Becky) Buck of Middletown, and Lori (Rick) Goddard of Fishers; grandchildren Hali Buck, Abby (Brett) Shipley, Logan (Shelley) Buck, Carson Buck, Andrew Buck, James (Sarah) Goddard and David Goddard; and great- grandchildren Addison Shipley and Knox Shipley. She is also survived by siblings, Beulah Miller of Daleville, Dennis Woolston of Evansville, Zella Frey of Owensville, and Steven Woolston of Rockville. Her family is very grateful for the caring and compassionate attention that she received from the Carmel Fire Department and the St.

ER staff and ICU medical staff. Funeral service is at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time Monday, Dec. 9 at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd. W.

3, 2019, at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg. He was born March 16, 1958, in Huntingburg, to Annis and Ethel (Tisdale) Russell. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dennis Russell. He was a coal miner and member of U.M.W.A. and retired from Wabash Mine in Keensburg.

He was member of Patoka Valley Long Association and attended Muren Church of God. He is survived by daughter Alissa (Gerald) Brindle of Evansville and sister Becky (Mark) Pride of Spurgeon; nieces and nephews. Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday Dec. 7, 2019, at Muren Church of God with the Rev.

Lennis Russell PRINCETON Edward Ronald Nease, 86, passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2019 at River Oaks Healthcare in Princeton, Indiana. He was born Feb. 8, 1933, in Buffalo, New York. Edward was a U.S> Army veteran, serving in the Korean War from 1950-53.

He was a Mason (32nd level) and Shriner. Edward was a Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed traveling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward T. and Margaret E. (Patterson) Nease.

Edward is survived by his sons, Michael E. Nease (Janet), James C. Nease, Gary A. Nease, and Thomas R. Nease (Jody); daughters, Susan C.

Nease, and Linda E. Austan; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be offered at www. AlexanderEastChapel.

com. Edward R. Nease OWENSVILLE Susan Ann Clevenger, 63, of Owensville, passed away Dec. 2, 2019, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was born in Woodriver, Illinois, on April 10, 1956 to John O.

Carroll and Nellie L. (Jared) Carroll. Susie always had a drive and ability to help others. She would often put everyone first to make sure they were cared for and not even think about herself. Susie was known for loving animals, also known to her as her critters.

She would spoil her dogs on a daily basis and was known for boiling chicken breasts for them as treats. Susie had many hobbies including riding motorcycles with her husband of 22 years, planting a big garden, growing beautiful flowers around the house, watching her hummingbirds and admiring the eagles soaring above. Her ultimate hobby was playing with her grandchildren. Susie was always passionate about caring for and protecting her kids and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a fearless, loyal, no-nonsense woman with a heart of gold.

Susie will truly be missed by her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her father, John Carroll; son Steven Moore; and brother James Carroll. Susie is survived by her mother Nellie Carroll; husband Brent Clevenger; children Ricky (Brandi) Geisert and Billy (Elizabeth) Geisert; grandchildren Coltan Dillan, Brooke, and Ashlen; great-grand- children Brayden, Ryan, Ryder, Aubrey, Spencer, Kasen and Cooper; siblings Connie Sue, Patricia Joanne, Penny Lee, Mary Ann, and Jay; canine companions Willie, Luna, and Biscuit; and cat Lucky. DAILY CLARION VELPEN Lawrence Glen Dillon, 78, of Velpen, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg. He was born Aug. 25, 1941, in Velpen to Lloyd and Ruth Dillon. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Neil Dillon; and a sister, Lavonne Pride.

He worked road construction in his earlier years on part of I-69 and retired from Alcoa after 30 years of employment. He was member of Aluminum, Brick and Glass Workers International Union 104 and Ireland Historic Society. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Catherine children Matthew G. Dillon, Pepper Mulherin of Newburgh, Tony Dillon of Evansville, Travis Veit and Tami Veit of Velpen; a sister, Bonnie Erwin of Atlanta, Georgia; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A service is planned at a later date.

He was a man that was a good neighbor to all. He was born on Saturday, Nov. 7, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois, to Earl and Dolimah Green, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Mollie and his stepmother, Sarah Green. Bill was a graduate of Princeton High School, where he played football and ran track.

Bill graduated from Oklahoma A College. After working in the family business, Green Cleaners, and Drive-In, Bill started his career as a lineman with the Princeton Telephone Company. He retired in 1993 from the then-Contel Telephone Company. Bill kept active well after retirement and was never one to sit idly, as he enjoyed living life to the fullest. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary Rosina Green, whom he married Aug.

6, 1955. Other survivors include Jenny (Dave) Beumel of Cannelton, Susie Green (Tim Masters) of Princeton and Bob (Cathy) Green of Wheeling.
