Liars
Ordered washer and dryer was told they would be delivered a certain time and date. Never heard a word. Finally I called and was told truck broke down. Never even got a phone call. I do not believe this for a minute. Now told will be 4 more days. Done with them. Buyer beware.

I realize that we stopped in to Home Depot late on a Friday night but was so impressed by Fawn for such amazing customer service. I had in mind what I was wanting but she spent time going through all options she could think of and I ended up making a purchase that I am very happy with.

Great Customer Service
I needed a 24 foot extension ladder. Employee Sean in Hardware got me a cart to put in on and then wheeled it up front while I continued shopping. You could only imagine trying to neigoate the isles with a 24 foot extension ladder. Good employees that care about customers and their job are getting harder to find and I’d like to publicly thank Sean for his excellent customer service. Thank you for your help! Yakventures Jim
