A supercomputer has predicted the opening day of the Premier League season, and it's great news for Manchester United fans.
New data collated by BetVictor shows that United could be lining up yet another matchday one win against Fulham on Friday night. Analysis provided by this supercomputer has suggested that Erik ten Hag's squad are likely to secure three points against the London side, based on their incredible record on the opening day of the season.
United have won 21 of their 32 matches on the first day of the campaign, averaging 2.16 points per game (PPG). They've only lost five times in that remarkable spell, with six draws rounding off the data.

Ten Hag's side secured three points at Old Trafford on the opening day of last season as Raphael Varane nodded home from close range against Wolves. United's record against Fulham also makes for good reading – the Red Devils have only lost once at home against Friday's visitors since 2003, albeit that defeat did come last season.
On the other hand, Manchester City aren't as fortunate with their matchday one record, averaging just 1.85 PPG over 26 matches since 1992. The reigning champions have won 14, drawn six and lost six of their opening day games in the Prem.
However, half of those victories have come under Pep Guardiola, who has won seven of his eight matches at the beginning of a new campaign. City have scored 19 goals and conceded just three under the Catalan on the opening day. They'll be hoping to improve that impressive record against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, live on Sky Sports.
Sam Boswell, spokesperson of BetVictor, said: "The new Premier League season is an exciting time for all fans across the division, with each team starting from a level playing field. Hopes will be high for many, and Manchester United supporters should take confidence from their previous performances on the first game of the season – no team since 1992 has earned more points on Gameweek 1.

"Traditional powerhouses Chelsea and Liverpool have proved a tough nut to crack first up too but for Crystal Palace and Southampton, they will need to buck the trend of past performances to make a quick start to the 2024-25 campaign."
