Providence Community Health Centers, Inc JOB TITLE: Bilingual MyChart Enrollment Internship LOCATION:
Providence, RI HOURSPart-Time and Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and optimization of EPIC MyChart features and functionalities.
Provide support to users, including patients, in navigating and utilizing EPIC MyChart.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPIC MyChart.
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPIC MyChart.
Conduct research and analysis on best practices for patient engagement and digital health tools.
Assist in training sessions and workshops for users to maximize their use of EPIC MyChart.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts related to EPIC MyChart usage and improvements.
Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Advancements In Healthcare Technology, With a Focus On Patient Portals And Electronic Health Records. Successful Candidates Will Have
Bilingual in Spanish & Englsih required
Strong interest in healthcare technology and digital health solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
Basic knowledge of EPIC or electronic health records is a plus, but not required.
