Our Spacious, Modern Clinic Will Be Your Destination For:
- Athletic shoe modification and bracing
- Custom orthotics and prosthetics services
- Doctor visits, including orthopedic specialists who treat hand, shoulder, and foot and ankle problems
- On-site MRI and x-ray
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation, including hydrotherapy pool
- Training aids and rehabilitation accessories
With 16 exam rooms, four treatment rooms, and 7,500 square feet of space for rehabilitation services, we're ready to serve you.

Driving from the East:
- Take Interstate 80 West to Exit 242 (1st Avenue/Coralville).
- Turn left onto 1st Avenue. 1st Avenue becomes Mormon Trek Boulevard after 2nd Street (Highway 6).
- Take Mormon Trek Boulevard to Prairie Meadow Drive at the UI Athletics Hall of Fame (Roy G. Karro Building).
- Turn right onto Prairie Meadows. UI Sports Medicine is on the left.
Driving from the South:
- Take Highway 218 North to Exit 93 (Melrose Avenue)
- Turn right onto Melrose Avenue and take it to Mormon Trek Boulevard.
- Turn left onto Mormon Trek Boulevard and take it to Prairie Meadow Drive at the UI Athletics Hall of Fame (Roy G. Karro Building)

- Turn left onto Hawkins Drive when leaving the hospital.
- At Melrose Avenue, turn right and take Melrose to Mormon Trek Boulevard.
- Turn right onto Mormon Trek Boulevard to Prairie Meadow Drive at the UI Athletics Hall of Fame (Roy G. Karro Building).
- Turn left onto Prairie Meadow Drive. UI Sports Medicine is on the left.
To UI Hospitals & Clinics from UI Sports Medicine
- Leave the Sports Medicine Center via Prairie Meadow Drive
- Turn right onto Mormon Trek Boulevard and take it to Melrose Avenue.
- Turn left onto Melrose Avenue and take it to the third stoplight at Hawkins Drive.
- Turn left onto Hawkins Drive and the hospital is immediately on the right across from Kinnick Stadium.
- Follow signs to valet parking or appropriate parking ramp.
