Lady Gaga and tech CEO boyfriend Michael Polansky have stayed out of the spotlight over their four-year-long relationship – but they seem to be as loved-up as ever.
The Bad Romance hitmaker, 38, sparked pregnancy speculation earlier this month after fans thought they saw her with a baby bump while attending her sister’s wedding.
She took to TikTok to shut it down with a short video of her and the caption: ‘not pregnant- just down bad crying at the gym’ in a reference to Taylor Swift’s song Down Bad.
It came after sparked engagement rumours in April after she was spotted wearing a large diamond ring prompting fans to speculate whether she and her partner, 46, had taken things to the next level.
The pair were first linked shortly before New Year’s Eve 2020 and confirmed their romance in a sweet social media post a couple of months later.
But since then, aside from the rare public sighting and even rarer social media posts, the couple have been enjoying an under-the-radar romance.
The pair have been described as ‘acting like a married couple’ as far back as 2021 and ‘completely smitten with one another’.
Although there were reports that they took a break in early 2023, any bumps have been smoothed over and they seem stronger than ever.

Who is Michael Polansky?
According to LinkedIn, the entrepreneur studied Applied Mathematics, Computer Science at Harvard University from 2002 to 2006 before starting his lucrative tech business career.
In 2016, Michael co-founded the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy which is described as an ‘active research institute hoping to ‘remove barriers, encourage collaboration and turn ideas into real-world cancer treatments’.
He runs this alongside Facebook co-founder Sean Parker.
After meeting Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, at the tail end of 2019, Michael went on to co-found Outer Biosciences in March 2022. The company aims to help ‘improve human skin health’.
His net worth has been estimated to be up to $600million.
After his relationship was confirmed with Gaga in February 2020, Michael’s ex-girlfriend and senior New York Times Opinion editor – who he reportedly dated for seven years – wrote an op-ed reflecting on the news he had moved on with a Grammy-winning superstar.

In December 2019, various outlets reported that the pair had met at mutual friend Sean’s birthday party in Los Angeles and hit it off.
After weeks of speculation, in February 2020 the House of Gucci star posted an Instagram of her cuddling up with Michael in Miami, with the caption: ‘We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans, you’re the best!’.
The post gained almost three million likes as fans flocked to the comments to congratulate the happy couple.
After going Instagram official, a source told Entertainment Tonight: ‘She wasn’t expecting to get so involved so quickly after her last relationship, but she started telling her friends she was completely in love with him.
‘Anyone that has spent any time with them can see the connection. They are completely smitten. Her friends haven’t seen her this happy in years. It didn’t take long for her friends to adore him too.’
The same year she said in an interview she was looking forward to ‘marriage’ and kids.
‘I will say I am very excited to have kids,’ she told InStyle. ‘I look forward to being a mum. Isn’t it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it.’
As their relationship grew stronger, in March 2021 the musician posted herself with a huge bouquet of flowers from her boyfriend, writing ‘I love you honey’ and implied that the pair lived together with their dogs.
The Applause singer mentioned him to the press for the first time in 2021, telling The Hollywood Reporter that her dogs and ‘man that I love’ were her ‘whole life’.
And in 2022, they made a seldom-seen appearance together at the Bafta awards ceremony in London.
In October 2023, the couple were spotted on several date nights in Las Vegas while in February 2024, they attended the Super Bowl together.
After laying low for a few months, a source told ET in February 2024 that the couple were ‘together and going strong’ and added that they were in no rush to mark any milestones as they are ‘content with where things are at’.
