      Couldn't possibly bemore disappointed orangry than Iam with these losers! Roof has been leaking for 5months. Have stood face toface and explained the situation and now the ceiling isabout tofall through on23years ofbusiness! LOUSY people stay away!

          my experience with assurance real estate services involves watching the continual evolution ofhow the tenants inthe house next tomine have been treated. Iam sorry tosay this but ihave come toseriously question their integrity. iwould never use them asa rental manager nor would irent from them ifi could helpit.

              Horrible place torent from. Management makes extremely difficult torent and the peorson that showed methe place was definitely ondrugs. Once Ipaid for myscreening they told meI had topay double deposit and the owner asked for ahigher deposit than the agency said. Don't even give them the benefit ofyour time.

                I wouldn't rent from Assurance again ifthey were the last Property Management Company inLincoln county. Ifyou're aproperty owner, I'd steer clear. Through achange ofmanagement, unfortunately the property wewere renting got handed over toAssurance. About 2years ago when wewere looking for arental myphone calls were never returned and Iwas unimpressed. They were impossible toever get ahold ofwhen Icalled and honestly didn't seem tocare ifthey got mybusiness. They took 2weeks to follow upon acritical contract issue and bythe time they did itwas too late. When wemoved out weasked for any specific checkout instructions, wewere given none. Wemoved and they called 3days later tosee ifwe were actually gone. Then they finally showed upto dothe checkout inspection aweek later without usthere (which Ifound unusual.) The property wemoved from was left innearly spotless condition and yet Igot charged for 7hours ofcleaning ontop ofthe carpet cleaning fee which was taken from our deposit. IfI had known they were going tocharge for acleaning fee onan already clean house, Ihonestly wouldn't have wasted 2days cleaning the place, Iwould've happily paid their cleaner for afew more hours ofwork.– show

                  Hands down the most awful, unprofessional company I've ever dealt with inmy life. Isigned alease inearly May for arental they guaranteed would beready tomove inby June3rd. June1st, Icalled them toinquire about the status regarding mymovingin. They said there was miscommunication within the company, and that the rental wouldn't berepaired/ready until mid July. Due tomy circ*mstances & the coordinations Imade based off the initial time frame they gaveme, Ihad nochoice but tomove inanyhow. I'm about topay my3rd month ofrent ($1,500bymyself, after paying a$3,400security deposit) and hardly anything has been repaired. There are dozens upon dozens ofhazardous, uncleaned, inconvenient, and absolutely unnecessary problems I've had todeal with CONSTANTLY since myarrival. Itried being understanding, patient, and lenient for the first few weeks. Butnow, I'm sostressed out from this situation it's literally nauseating. Dealing with these people (Kat, Jann, Maggie) has caused meextreme anxiety, discomfort, and overall disappointed. Doyourself afavor, and doNOT get involved with this company.– show

                    THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Ithought this company would beprofessional. Idid not expect tobe lied toand ignored. The ladies Jann and Kat did not hold themselves accountable for anything. They reassured meI was first onthe list then the next day Isaw the same rental Iapplied for posted onCraigslist. Jann accused meof being acriminal and later apologized for the misunderstanding ofher direct accusations. She blamed the beauty ofthe American language of“you” vsother “Jamie Witt's”
                    Jann in
                    formed methe background check would take two weeks. Ihave never heard ofsuch athing! Iwas relieved when Jann finally texted meto come inthe office tolet meknow Ihad been denied because they chose another applicant instead. They did give memy money back which tells methey never ran abackground check.
                    Also Iran 3background checks from different databases and nothing. Itruly believe that delay was anexcuse. Everyone Italk tosay they sound unprofessional and should look elsewhere.

                        Most horrible management company. Itruly recommend you stay asfar away from them aspossible!!! They prey onweak and vulnerable owners and care nothing for the renters. Myrent increase since “ASSurance Real Estate” has begun managing myhome increased by$550per MONTH. Get REAL!!! AWFUL people

                          After putting inan application and paying the $30fee, Istill have yet tohere anything back from them after 2months. They answer myphone calls every time, but always give methe same run-around that the owners haven't made adecision, despite the fact that the apartment went off the market more than amonthago. It's frustrating when there islittle tochoose from inthe Yachats area and they can't even dignify you with asimple yes/no. Iwould encourage anyone inthe market tothink twiceabout applying with this property management, orat least not expect too much inthe way ofa response. Ihope you have better luck than meif you choose togo through them. It's not like you have much selection here onthe coast, and Ithink they know that.

                          Upon seeing myreview, Assurance Real Estate contacted meto let meknow that they never even ran myapplication because there were more qualified candidates. They claim they attempted tosend memy $30fee back and that myaddress and phone number were incorrect. Thingis, they were somehow able tocall mewhen they saw myreview and Inever gave them myphone number outside ofmy application. Keep inmind that Ihad called them many times inregards tomy application and they assured methat Iwas atthe top ofthe list and they were waiting onthe owners approval (and this went onfor well over amonth). Additionally, they now claim that myapplication was not even screened, but Iknow for afact that they called myprevious landlords for areference. Anyway, Itold them that Iwould update myreview when Igot the check inthe mail, sothere you haveit. Still 1star and they managed tomake themselves look even worse inthe process…at least Igot my$30back.

                              I amcurrently renting from assurance real estate. Ihad anissue with the shower backing upfrom the kitchen sink. Icalled that next morning and they sent out aplumber the sameday. Irespect the managers they are all very kind and supportive. Igive them two thumbsup!

                                  I hired Assurance Real Estate Services tomanage myrental property. This was aHUGE mistake that cost methousands ofdollars. Jann moved homeless (they were living ina motel) tenants into myhouse, and 3years later, Ireplaced flooring inthe entire house, re-painted the entire inside, and spent days cleaning the filth and trash that was left behind (including human feces). Iasked Jann todo inspections several times, and she failed tocomplete them. DONOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS IFYOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY.– show

Apparently one has tocall these folks asno real website can befound, and thus noinformation about their listings. Idon't think Iwould want myhome being represented insuch afashion. Not really professional.
